STAGE 01
Customer Enquiry & Discovery
We begin with an in-depth conversation about your property, plot coordinates, family lifestyle requirements, space allocation, and target budget.
STAGE 02
Preconstruction & Design Review
Detailed review of architectural floor plans, structural engineering drawings, elevation details, and municipal approvals before touching the ground.
STAGE 03
Site Preparation & Setting Out
Site clearing, leveling, boundary verification, center-line marking, water/power temporary connections, and benchmark elevation establishment.
STAGE 04
Foundation Engineering
Soil excavation down to hard strata, PCC bed, footing reinforcement cages, column starter bars, concrete pouring, and plinth beam tying.
STAGE 05
RCC Structural Frame
Casting columns, beam shuttering, steel binding, electrical pipe routing in slabs, concrete pouring with needle vibrators, and minimum 14-day curing.
STAGE 06
Masonry & Brickwork
External and internal wall construction with proper bonding mortar, RCC lintels over all openings, sill slabs to prevent diagonal cracks, and curing.
STAGE 07
Concealed Electrical & Plumbing
Cutting wall chases, installing conduits and switch boxes, running hot/cold water supply lines and drain pipes before any plastering starts.
STAGE 08
Waterproofing Protocols
Multi-coat polymer cementitious waterproofing in bathroom sunken slabs, balconies, and open terrace roofs, followed by 48-hour continuous ponding.
STAGE 09
Plastering & Surface Prep
Applying GI chicken mesh at all concrete-brick interfaces, button marking for true plumb, internal smooth finishing, and external waterproof plaster.
STAGE 10
Flooring, Tiling & Joinery
Installing door frames, UPVC windows, vitrified floor tiles, bathroom wall dado, staircase granite, and seamless grouting.
STAGE 11
Painting & Fixtures
Two coats wall putty, primer, two coats emulsion paint, sanitaryware mounting, CP fittings, switches, distribution box breaker wiring, and accessories.
STAGE 12
Snagging & Final Handover
Comprehensive snag audit, rectifications, deep chemical cleaning, keys handover, as-built drawings, and warranty certificate handover.
