Why Every Homeowner Needs a Master Tracking Checklist
Constructing a custom residence requires hundreds of micro-decisions. Without a structured tracking system, homeowners frequently experience decision fatigue, contractor miscommunications, delayed finishes, and expensive change orders.
Use this comprehensive checklist prepared by our project management team to monitor your home from contract execution to moving day.

- ☐ Boundary demarcated and verified with revenue records and neighboring plot owners.
- ☐ Architectural floor plans approved with furniture layout and door swing directions.

- ☐ Municipal plan sanction and building permit obtained.
- ☐ Temporary water source (borewell) and temporary power connection commissioned.

Phase C: MEP, Finishes & Handover Checklist
